About Carrie Lou: Carrie Lou Arnold has been teaching and holding sacred space for women since 1999. She studied at The International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego, CA, specializing in Somatic Bodywork and Structural Integration as well as training others in these arts as a bodywork instructor.
Carrie Lou works as a guide and facilitator for seekers on the path of transformation and embodiment through hands on work, movement practices, ceremony and community gatherings. She sees the coming together of people as a fundamental piece of our collective planetary evolution, especially for the new sisterhood of those who are awakening to the deep well of the ancient ways that can be accessed when women gather.
About the Offering: Carrie Lou tends the gardens and goats at Elder Farm, the 5 acre homestead located in the mountains east of San Diego, CA that will host the in person gatherings of the Medicine Mandala Apprenticeship. She will be present as space holder throughout our trainings and facilitate our Introduction to Therapeutic Touch and Principles of Somatic Experiencing, Ethical Wildcrafting, Plant Identification Walks, and more.
